A wonderful pair of boots! They are lighter than in the photo, but they are "tawny brown" as stated in the description. They are clean and shiny, like new. Priced very well. They arrived on time. The box arrived crushed, and more care should have been taken with the packing to protect them. They came in a light plastic bag, with nothing to keep their shape or protect the surface.

The purse was listed as "100% Excellent Condition ", the pictures did not show any signs of flaws. The ENTIRE bottom of the bag was a large stain inside and out, also had cleaning residue on it. Seller listed as "no returns", I did contact the seller and Ebay and was able to get my money back and not pay for return shipping.
