    so needed supplement

    great way to supplement with liver. this does have a smell but you can refrigerate it to cut back on the odor. I'd recommend taking it with a little food.

    Beef liver

    These would be good but if you have fibroids, beef liver vitamins feeds them, I was taking a different brand, and my fibroid grew bigger in just one month, so I can only take one a day because of that, I think to much protein makes you gain weight
