I do wish the extension pipe they included was a few inches longer, but that was more because I don't have a ladder and did it standing on a chair. I really don't know why other reviewers were complaining about the light being too dim, mine goes from uncomfortably bright to completely dark. Read the manual. Wish I would have bought two of them!
