When it came it had two defects, and did not look new, as it had some greasy fingerprints or marks on it. The two defects were: 1) The spring button in the cap was just a spring with no carbon button on the end to ride on the rotor, and 2) one of the hold down clamps had broken tabs on it so when you remove the cap that clamp falls off.
I sent them a message but never heard back . I was able to fix the distributor enough to get the car running but I feel like this part is a cheap knockoff.

The item showed up packaged well. Was undamaged and exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately i ordered the wrong item. I needed a corvette tach drive unit. I ordered the wrong item after looking at soooooo many different options. I immediately ordered the correct one after discovering that the one I had purchased was wrong. I then printed out the return label and sent the wrong one back within a couple hrs of its arrival. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the product that did arrive.
