hello, yes i do like it very much and yes i would recommend it to any diabetic person out there
i would say this was the best investment i have ever made i am a type 1 diabetic on insulin shots 24/7. the really good thing about it it really works on portion control and also helps manage how much to eat at 3 times aday. so yes i would give it a 100 % best of all deal for any diabetic out there. i wish i could get carb counting books and charts on how much food to prepare and freeze for the duration of the holidays.i would say this was the best investment i have ever made i am a type 1 diabetic on insulin shots 24/7. the really good thing about it it really works on portion control and also helps manage how much to eat at 3 times aday. so yes i would give it a 100 % best of all deal for any diabetic out there. i wish i could get carb counting books and charts on how much food to prepare and freeze for the duration of the holidays.

I lost 96 pounds
I ordered this for friend and family member. I lost 96 pounds. All you do is portion your meals. I can still eat everything I want including cheese burgers pizza chips and cake. I didn't know weight loss could be so easy. I eat five times a day using plate. Thanks for helping make me skinny.

Lightweight and useful
This invention is really amazing. Wish I had thought of it. Only thing I would do is make the "fill" lines at the top in white or black so they could more easily be seen when filling the portions.

Dish does not sit flat on 8" plate which is the typical size for those Dieters to discourage overfilling. Could have saved money just using plastic containers from the Dollar Store. Money not well spent here.
