I ordered a total of 3 dresses and only received 2. Instead of actually sending the third dress, the solution was just a refund, after having messaged them requesting the dress. I'll probably returning one out of the 2 dresses I received as well and probably will not be purchasing from them again. Replies are delayed or non-existent. Was really looking forward to the grey dress most and it's the only one I WON'T be receiving. Disappointed and dissatisfied.
