    Looking forward to seeing results

    I like the fact that the author is not only an MD but also a ND I’ve started taking magnesium. I just need to be consistent. I look forward to also taking some of her supplements. When I’m consistent w taking the magnesium my blood pressure went down to 128/80 instead of 150/90

    Wealth of information on a little-thought-about mineral

    I came across this book by accident, but was intrigued from the first page. It is crammed with information and statistics about the importance of magnesium in our diets. Much more than you would ever think could be linked to this one mineral. I originally checked it out at the library, but decided I wanted to purchase a copy for my home library.

    The Miracle of Magnesium

    I'm just getting 1/4 thru the books. So much of the info makes sense, more than what Dr.s have been telling. I highly recommmend the book, especially to people with heart problems and a whole lot more.
