I purchased item listed as new. Item arrived packaged in a pizza delivery box same size as item. Item had no original packaging. Item tested and came up faulty. I send a message to start a return, I was disappointed when the seller accused me of damaging the item, or incorrect installation. Seller also told me that my refund would be less then I paid after they test it. B4 test. Please see pictures. The seller is attempting to steal from their own customers by selling and returns fraudulently.

Seller was good, shipper was not. Ups refuses to put a po box # on packages, then drops them at the post office instead of delivering to the actual address they were paid to do. Almost was returned to seller, I happen to know the people at the post office
