      Fails to reply to messages. States form and select pattern in item description. However you pay for each item separately so doubles the price stated. Allegedly selling Worden forms that are not Worden. Patterns I ordered jammed in a box. The one (and only one, when it should have been 2 forms) I received had a literal puncture in it. Id never try to make my glass on it. Worden is out of business for years. If you want styrofoam, then this is the perfect person to buy from. 🤬

      Listing is a standard multiple item w/ pricing on each item. You will only pay the amount shown for each item. No secret "double" factor involved. Buyer paid for 1 form & received 1 form. Not sure why it should have been 2 forms when the receipt said only 1. The buyer is the only one to "allege" that the forms are not genuine Worden products. Totally FALSE, 100% USA made forms from HL Worden Co. Explained mark on the form is from the molding process all molds have it & doesn't affect use.
