    The issue I have is with carriers following directions. My address specifically says lower level and the delivery says it was dropped in the mailbox. I went outside 10 mins after being notified. So that could only mean the delivery was never made or it was dropped at the wrong address. This is the second time I've had an issue with USPS making deliveries correctly. I'm at the point where I no longer want to use ebay services if USPS is the only option for deliveries.

    So sorry! Yes, it is frustrating for sellers as well since we depend on USPS to get it to the buyer. I've also had this problem as a buyer myself when I get notified my package got delivered and didn't come till days later.
