delivery was quite fast. key fob fit perfectly, took a lil patience to get back piece on. they included a lil purple wedge thingy to assist. feels very sturdy. my only complaint is that the cover is NOT white, as shown in the pictures; it's actually a creamy white, compared to the bright white handle, which is not meant to fit ur wrist. the buttons are easy to press also. it's super cute and i would order again.
