    Kent Rollins makes cooking fun - wish each recipe had a QR code linking it to a video

    Kent Rollins makes cooking fun. He makes me smile. I wasn't sure what I'd be getting with this particular cookbook. But over all, it works for fun family cookouts and always highlights the idea that we are doing this because we love our families and like feeding them good food. Watching him on YouTube always makes me smile. If he had a code on each recipe which took the reader to the on-line video where he cooked it... it would be five stars.

    Much more than a cookbook! With humor, patriotism, glimpses of life’s realities and inclusion of Faith (as included in the title), the book is a source for wisdom and fun. In addition to the copies I have at home I have given copies to several good friends who I know will appreciate Kent and Shannon (and the Beagle).

    Motivation on a simple level

    This book has some very good basic recipes that will prompt you to try something new with the ingredients already in your kitchen. The cobbler was made by a non-baker, and it came out wonderful the first time.
