Dear customer, All our fish meet or exceed the size advertised. We measure them according to the method published online by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, which states: "Total Length of a Live Fish is measured from the most forward point of the head, to the farthest tip of the tail, while the fish is lying on its side on a flexible measuring tape". Please, lay your fish on a measuring tape if you are in doubt about its size.
