I'm new to using eBay, so I hope I fill this out correctly. The only slight ding is, I felt the shipping time was a little long but fortunately that didn't put me in a bind. As for "seller communication", I received shipping notices from eBay, but not the seller directly, unless that is considered the same thing. Anyway, I gave 5 stars. The printer itself was packed very well and appears to be in excellent condition for its age. Nice printer for the price.

The item was not sent inside an unsealed box, there was no PSA, and manual was written on. Not a new item. DEAL WITH THIS SELLER AT YOUR OWN RISK. Seller requests I revise my earlier negative feedback. I would revise it if there was a 0 -- zero -- star category.You refunded what you owed me for item not as described.

    Excellent printer with good speed

    Excellent printer with good speed. Print quality is good. Handling of paper is good. I needed a printer that was fast, text quality that was good at a great price. The Samsung ML-2851ND had all these qualities and more.

    A great printer I have four in my office will put one one each desk now.

    I have bought four of these for my office so far. After about a month of service I now know why they are super highly rated. I am very happy they have all functioned flawlessly and are quite and fast super happy with them. Now why wont every store cary them is the question. PG

    Worth it!

    Once I got it up and running, it worked like a charm! So fast, and I am sure it will save me $$$ to use it, instead of my color (and expensive-cartridge) OTHER printer! I'm happy with this purchase, for sure. One small disclaimer: It did not work with the ethernet connection. I had to get the USB cable to make my computer recognize that the printer was connected...

    Happy user.

    This printer lives up to it's claims. It's fast, about as economical as they get, and quiet. No problem with installation. I'd recommend this printer to any user for home-office or general small office use.
