When I contacted the seller, they were very argumentative and tried to brush me off by telling me to contact the post office if the dvd was beat up. The dvd was very well wrapped and had not sustained any damage during shipment. Again I contacted them and again they were very argumentative, I did receive a refund after returning the dvd. Beware..
