The item was paid for 2/19 and not shipped until 2/23. It has little hairs all over it, possibly dog hair and marks of some sort on sleeves, hope to be able to wash them away. I understand now why the seller does not accept returns and should advise if lives in a house with dogs (I am a dog owner so thats not a big deal(it is the shipping time/cost and spots on the sleeves . There was also some kind of claim ticket on the bag it was in, not sure why.Did not even weigh 1 lb & charged$12.85.

Item was shipped within the allotted time frame and I take multiple pics so if additional questions need to be asked they can before a purchase is made. The pictures do not show any type of spots on the sleeves at all. All my pieces are pictured then immediately placed in to protective sleeves/bags that are sealed until purchased. IF shipping cost was an issue then a simple message to me would have worked however YOU did agree to shipping costs when you agreed to purchase the item.
