The item seemed to have been opened. But I figured it was for photos. All the packaging was there. The item seems brand new and sounds amazing. I like that they recycled an Amazon box. Shipping was a bit expensive.

Thanks for the positive feedback! We never opened the package and in fact I showed a picture of the seal on it. It was exactly as shipped to us and is brand new. We always use recycled packaging where possible and this item cost a bit more due to it's size and weight. Thanks for shopping with us!
