The tower was not labeled so at first hard to put together but it comes with everything you need and eventually it is easy to figure out the instructions. It is very soft. When she is at the top it tends to wobble but it's as I expected. This tower is very tall almost my height. Overall I would definitely recommend this tower. She loves the little toy poms the most.

No, the fabric is not durable, our cat chewed hole in it the first day, and he can scratch and snags the material. Better to pay more and get a more durable product

VERY UNSTURDY CAT TREE
The quality is very poor although it looks good. The two top tiers are wobbly. It is not sturdy enough and the cats feel insecure. I am very disappointed in this product. Both my cats do not like it. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone.
