The gaskets are so tight and the welding so good that you get a hiss of air when you pop the latches on them, and they are far safer to handle and store than traditional plastic gas containers. Being taller and thinner than the usual plastic containers, the sit snug to your side and carry much easier. Would not hesitate to buy more. The paint finish looks great.I bought four, for myself and my kids. Cant beat the price.

Not good for gas storage
After only 2 months of storing gas outside in shaded area, steel cans swelled up, deformed and were rusting. Had to buy plastic containers to move fuel for safer storage. Pour spout adapter for metal cans also not an easy or reliable fit for pouring ... expect a mess. Sending these to the recycling pile and sticking with plastic containers.
