    Opens our eyes,protects ourselves from being profitable patients. Saved me!

    Doctor Vasey N.D. M.D has the answer in plain speech to help us get our vitality back from unknowingly acidifying ourselves with foods we didn't know cause whole body acidification. Loose teeth, fibromyalgia, cachetic cancer, bladder, ureter and kidney problems and many more can be reversed if we actually put into practice Dr. Vasey's kind and empathetic teaching. We bought an ionized water alkalizer that adds even more benefit and it only cost a couple hundred, not thousands of dollars. Knowing about the acid-alkaline balance should be part of basic education, but we are left unaware. We suffer in ignorance, go to our doctors with complaints of aching and don't know we have lactic acid build-up, so then the doctor prescribes cortico steroids to reduce inflamation, which challenges our ...

    Test your ph level first, then buy if you're acidic

    This is a crucial book to read for people who are searching for answers to mysterious health problems. But if you already know your body is not overly acidic it may not be worthwhile. If you know acidity is an issue for you (buy inexpensive ph testing papers at a health food store to find out) then it's a must read. In fact, it might be the foremost easy-to-read authority on acidosis. A relatively short and light book, I read it from front to back in a relatively short time and I didn't really want to put it down. Each next chapter seemed pertinent to my plight, and in the end, I'm a more educated human for it.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    Having been ill for over 6-years, and almost bedridden, I was evenntually diagnosed with SLE Lupus...my kidneys were not well, so my legs, ankles and hands were puffy with edima, and I was in nonstop chronic pain...my kidney Dr. a man from India, told me about the acid alkaline PH diet...I bought the book, read it from cover to cover...twice. I AM WELL!!! My kidneys are healthy again, my chronic pain gone! If you have any auto-immune disorder, fybromyaalgia, chronic joint pain, gout, etc...seriously consider this "get well" diet...
