    Carbine Shoulderstock

Immensely improves the accuracy of your shots! In the way it is designed and made you can take your shots with no movement at all. It allows you to put your shots pretty much through the same hole in the target time after time. At 50 feet you can pretty well place 20 shots in a 1/2 inch grouping with both the 1322 and the 1377. The 2240 not as close but much closer than free-handing it. The 14" barrel I am going to place on it replacing the 7 1/2" barrel it came with will bring it up to the standard of the others. The stocks are simple to put on! Being a machinist, don't tighten one screw all the way down and then the other. One hole pattern was slightly off on one gun and screwing it on to almost snug alternating screws and then snugging them down tight worked just fine. Quality is very ...

    Excessive Length of Pull

I bought this plastic shoulder stock for my scoped Crosman American Classic .177 caliber pellet pistol equipped with the steel breech modification. The buttstock mounted easily on the pistol, but upon trying it I found that the length of pull was an incredibly long sixteen inches! I could not get a full field of view in the BugBuster scope as it was too far forward on the gun. By reversing the picatinny rail and moving the scope back as far as possible, I can just barely get a full field of view but it requires forcing my head forward uncomfortably. Also, having the picatinny rail mounted with its "wing" over the top of the loading port makes inserting a pellet more difficult. If you will be using this stock with a scoped Crosman, I would suggest using a scope with a long enough body ...

  • Improved my accuracy for offhand shooting and field use

Shoulder Stock is a welcome addition to my Crosman 1322 . Installation was quick and easy. Stock is light weight and feels sturdy. I do wish the length of pull were a bit greater. The pistol is quite capable from a solid rest, but trigger pull weight and a bit of creep hinder my offhand shooting. The shoulder stock overcomes those difficulties, so I much value it for field accuracy (wish I had initially bought the stock- pistol combo at the outset).

  • Yep... Another 1399 carbine stock.

These are good stocks, the only non-aftermarket available. The length of pull is short and there can be a little play in them. Definitely not the first one I've bought, and probably not the last. They are easy to customize or great as a place saver or not half bad as is. Don't expect them to be AWESOME out of the box. They are a good starting point and serviceable as is.

  • Pistols are hard to hold, this makes it a steady carbine.

Might as well get the gun with the stock already installed, If buying new. Stock fits loose to the gun itself you will have to shim that up. The 1399 is a cheap gun, however in the end you may spend the most money on it. I have mine all jazzed up metal bretch, new bolt even a longer barrel and a A/O Hammers scope No Co2 needed, I love the pumpers, it will shoot with the best of them
