    My kind of recipes

    I love easy and not have to have 10-20 ingredients which costs so much to initially purchase. My only complaint is that I might not make most of these recipes but others would. I will definitely make some of these! I have purchased small amount ingredient recipe books before and not used. This will not be the case here!

    Quick and easy recipes

    Very few ingredients, the herbs and spices you already have in your pantry. So it is quite easy to prepare these crockpot meals. I've tried a few since I purchased the cookbook recently and they were delicious!

    Lots of good easy recipes

    I haven't actually this yet. I am enjoying reading and anticipating The good eating. Book came yesterday. I'm not a cook so the ease of the preparation has much appeal. It calls for ingredients that most kitchens have in stock so keeps cost low.

    CROCK POT- 5 INGREDIENTS OR LESS.

    The book was in perfect condition. However the recipes had a lot of salt ingredients and being on a low salt diet wasn't good for me.
