    A pocket full on intensity

    I love being able to carry it to an appointment. While reading I can go to a super intense place and when I need to, just put back into my pocket. Sure bats sitting and waiting, getting more pissy by the minute because I am wasting time.

    Beat-to the bone.

    It's a book, good book, works as it should work (e.g. you can read it). It was quite expensive (considering it's only hundred pages, small format and intl shipping in my case), but it was my choice. If you want it, buy it.

    Looking for an Angry Fix and Finding One

    What can I say about "Howl"? Indispensable reading for a poet like myself, and strongly recommend for everyone else. Aside from the title piece, my other two favourite Ginsberg poems can be found in this collection: "A Supermarket in California" & "Transcription of Organ Music." I already Ginsberg's complete poems, but there is something so satisfying to have a copy of this classic volume to carry around in your back pocket. Makes you feel like a part of literary history.
