    It's a good read if you're ready to change...

    There is a lot of scientific data and psychology included, which is very helpful in understanding the 'why' behind what has been learned and why we default to the programs of our caregivers (I don't say parents because not everyone had them...). However, I follow a different way of approaching life, therefore the meditations suggested and the methodology used is not a good fit for me, personally.
