    The classic cheese makers bible.

    If you are interested in cheese making get this book. It has all the basics and is easy to understand. I had a copy of the first edition that I kept by my side till I left the farm. Twenty years later and I am back on the farm and looking to get back into cheese making, and taking it to another level with Rikki's help.
