One of the mascaras has been opened before. Both are dried out, crumbly, and unusable. Seller mailed prompt and well packed, but the product is not usable as intended. When I complained I was issued a refund of $13.18 from $23.27 paid I guess that is well meant. So I ended up paying $10.- for the learning experience of not buying again Mascara on line esp. on ebay.

This buyer bought 2 and said there was a problem with one. In an attempt to provide World Class customer service, I refunded buyer for one and added a 6% discount on the other unit. Buyer then attempted to get both free by claiming there is an issue with the second one. I then advised buyer to use our FREE Prepaid return label to send them back for a FULL Refund. Buyer got upset and left this feedback. Even Amazon, Macy's etc requires a return for a refund. I did better than that.
