    the most important 58 pages you may ever read

    This is a wonderful read that is both easily understood and fact filled. The references are a bit dated but the information is timeless and still holds true to this day. This book has helped me rehabilitate my grandfather with great success. All of her points are very fact based however I must exclude the end from this summary. The end of the book was a recorded lecture given by Budwig about the interactions between solar rays and our healthy skin. While it may be true, it has little in citation and is less scientific then the rest of the book. I would recommend this title to anyone.

    A must read. Core on fatty acids/omegas and D3. Short and easy reading.

    A must read if you are interested in a basic learning of the importance of Essential Omegas/Fatty acids. Also core information of lack of these nutrients and illnesses. It is a brief and skinny book easy to understand and presented by the No. 1 authority on the subject. No wonder she was never awarded the Nobel prize because her discovered truths go against the awful commercial food industry all over the world.
