    Very good quality Kefir grains

    It took two days for my Kefir to get adjusted to the milk I was using. Now my grains produce delicious kefir in no time. I usually blend my Kefir with fresh fruit and a little sugar. My son and I drink some every morning and feel great! Make sure to get a couple mason jars and a plastic strainer to make it easier.

    Advertisement was misleading but still good purchase

    It's not anymore in quantity than anyone else, because this is teaspoons, others sale by tablespoons, just to be clear. So I was disappointed that it wasn't 4 tablespoons. But the product is good. I'm drinking my own kefir. It doesn't multiply as fast as people say but it does slowly.
