      A real feel-good book

      I loved this book simply because it was the right book for me to read at the right time. It just solidified what I already knew. It is a short and easy read. It made me feel as if I accomplished something by reading this. But honestly, if I knew nothing about real estate before reading this book I'd still know very little. It is not a guide on how to do it. It is merely a short and easy read that makes a person who already has his mind made up and has done his research feel happy he's doing it.

      An Excellent Primer to Real Estate Investing

      Dolf Deroos' book was a fun read and full of information. His writing style is entertaining and easy to absorb. I purchased this book since it was part of the Rich Dad Advisors Series, although the book is now available in new packaging and not under the Rich Dad banner. Still, it's essentially the same material and worth reading. A+++.

      Real Estate Riches

      Very Practical - Dolf Deroos writes from his own experiences. This book is not just a bunch of theories - it actually gives practical how-to information that you can put to work immediately. It is also very encouraging if you are thinking about being a real estate investor but not very sure of yourself or your abilities. I would encourage anyone to read this book.
