  • Very helpful book

Dr. Rando is a Thanatologist with many years of experience dealing and learning about how people react to the death of their loved ones. It is written in a very clinical way which, for me, was needed. This book talks about many aspects of grief, what is normal, what is not. There are chapters on specific types of losses and what you may experience. I highly recommend this book for those that are grieving.

  • Nothing new.

I didn't find any concrete answers in the book. It is very similar to any other book on Grief and as I was going through it I just thought same old, same old.
