Shrek in 3D is worth a look.
I am a 3D fan, which is one who decries the recent abandonment of 3D television and the short runs of the 3D versions of movies in commercial theaters. As a result, I was pleased to obtain a Shrek movie on 3D Blu-ray, which I felt was far more enjoyable than the 2D version would have been. While lacking some of the more LOL-lunacy of the original "Shrek," the characters return with engaging twists brought about by a parallel world scenario in which Shrek did not rescue his princess, as told in the original "Shrek." Clearly, for best understanding of what goes on, anyone seeing this movie should be familiar with at least the original story.
