Charger does not recognize 100% depleted battery so can not charge it. You know how most batteries have a charge on them out of the box and you can use them? This one does not so it’s useless. Tried jump starting it with a 9v battery so the charger would recognize it. Nope, didn’t work. Value 0.

However, even if not completely the seller's fault, the packaging, which was a simple plastic bag, allowed for USPS to crush and damage the contents during shipment, the batteries were not damaged but came out of their respective boxes inside the envelope. Other than that, good experience with the seller.
