Item was ordered and paid for on my DiscoverCard on May 24th. A USPS shipping label (awaiting item) and tracking number was generated on May 25th. Nothing has transpired since then. I have contacted the seller multiple times to confirm that the item I ordered will be shipped as opposed to the item depicted in the image. Also on June 3rd. I asked why the item hasn't arrived at the destination or even the originating postal facility. I was assured that a replacement item will be sent promptly?

Ordered on 4-5, got tracking emediately. Tracking showed never received by post office. Contacted seller on 13th. I think on the 17th it finally showed received by post office. Finally got it on 24th. 19 days from order. Then I remembered the same thing happened last time I bought insoles, so I look at my purchase history, same seller then as well. I won't give negative because maybe it really was a honest mistake.
