Packaging was minimal and damage occurred during shipping. The battery was broken, so I contacted seller and a replacement was sent out. The replacement battery was also poorly packaged but got here quickly and undamaged. I had display issues while trying to run on battery only. I suspect that the damaged battery may have caused my clean install of Win 10 to become corrupted. I was loath to reinstall Win 10 to test, so I installed Linux Mint 19 instead. It works fine now, I'm satisfied, thanks.

Item sent not as pictured or described. Offered $2 + keep the adapter they sent stating it would be too much trouble to return. Stated one sent would work the same as 3 prong pictured adapter. Multiple emails sent over few days.Took too long to respond. Needed adapter quickly so I had to find another one.They finally sent return label. By that time frustrated with them & canceled return. Seller should take that pictured item off ebay.If they don't have item ordered should not sell or send others
