    The picture shows a box, but they came loose, wrapped in bubble wrap. The very first one I opened broke open when I tried to remove the protective tip from the refill, spewing ink all over my pant leg, shirt and desk. I sent pictures to the seller, but their response was for me to open up a dispute with eBay. My only option is to return all of them for a refund, but I don t trust them to refund me, so I am not going to waste my time. $25 lesson learned to NEVER buy from them again.

    Only one defect found out of 24 pcs and buyer wanted a full refund for everything without returning??? Rather unreasonable dont you think? eBay's dispute process is there for a good reason. We've serve customers very well based on our ratings. It's not fair to judge us before you even sent the items back.
