This is the SECOND ORDER from seller who shipped me 4 mm stones instead of the 3mm stones I ordered. I am done with this seller’s incompetence or inability to measure the stones they are selling. Seller Shipped order in a paper letter envelope with a postage stamp and charged me the package rate twice! Envelope was not padded and stones were sticking out through the paper. Seller appears to be a Ripoff artist or extremely incompetent.
