    Good product own USB

    I had a generic one that had a kickstand and maybe charges more. I figured I'd try the mophie for 5s. It uses its own USB which can be an issue. To just charge phone take off bottom which is a little tricky. Once activated It charges from 20% to 70-80%. I may buy the generic one in the future with kickstand and lightning jack. But this looks good feels good and the audio is improved from regular iPhone. I don't think it's worth the high price but since my phone is old the mophie was only $10.

    good shipment time but bad quality

    I knew the case was previously used but I thought it was going to be the exact same one in the picture. but it wasn't and had specs of the case were colored in with gray sharpe it seemed. but it works very well and came with everything depicted.

    Charged right up, easy to use, just wish there were written installation instructions and correct charging prior to phone installation; had to YOUTUBE

    Great item. No problems yet with charging contact to phone; but thank goodness for YouTube for a little more insight on installation and charging. Doing it right is always best.

    Mophie case

    This is a used product as you can tell with the description and when it arrives. But it works very well. I bought it for my husband's iphone 5s because he needs a new battery but doesn't want to go through the hassel of taking it to the store and replacing the battery and paying alit more than I payed for this case. When the case is fully charged, it fills up his battery 100% in not too long and lasts his full work day. My husband is very satisfied, very happy and a plys is that it doesn't make his phone bulky and huge. He really likes it

    best buy

    Luv it. but. design of small bar on left by volume control is skimpy. have broken 2. But at price, still good value. Just buy another. I superglue the bar before using it now. lasts way longer.
