A+ seller. Item received is as described. Shipping time was adequate, packaging was not. These control handles are heavy. The handles and grips were loose in a plastic bubble wrap envelope, The envelope ripped open at some point in shipping and one of the handle grips, shipped loose (not installed on the control handle) got mangled. I can trim a 1/4" - 1/2" off the bottom to remove the tear and make it work. Shipping companies are brutal on packages. More thought & effort was needed here.
