This is wonderful. I have a very small compounded pill that with other pill splitters it just crumbles. This one amazed me. It is very sharp and cut the pill quick and totally 1/2 it with no crumbles. They were quick and fast. The one thing I wish it that it cut bigger pills also. I love it and I am happy I got it.

    Works Perfectly for Difficult Tablet Shape

    My wife suffers from dry mouth and has found a lozenge that works very well. Her preference, however, is that it be cut in half. It is 11/16" square and very dense, so I broke the plastic tablet splitter I had been using. The Equadose Pill Cutter worked perfectly, even though the lozenge is larger than normal tablets. It splits the lozenge with very little effort and no damage. I was so surprised I took a couple of pictures to show the developers. Thank you so much.

    Works pretty well for small to medium pills

    Substantial bit of kit that looks like it will last a while. Only drawback so far is that bigger pills are not so easy to position and cut and you cannot close the over whilst cutting. It still cuts them very well though with just your hand over the top. Way better than my previous razor blade variant. Loses a star since it’s expensive

    A nice piece of engineering

    I had purchased several, but they do not hold the pill so you can adjust and see how to cut as this cutter does. It is metal and not really a sheet of metal but a machined angled sharp pair of edges where you put the pill and pressure, and the remaining keeps inside.     Best pill cutter ever

    I have purchased numerous pill cutters to cut my husband's medication. It's a hard to cut medication. None of the other pill cutters worked. They either cut the round pill unevenly or ground it to powder. This cutter is EXCELLENT. It's very well made and cut his pills in half precisely.

    Don't let the price, make you shy away.

    It seems a little expensive, but considering how much waste and frustration you get each time you try to cut pills. This pill cutter is hands down, the best cutter I have come across so far.
