In fact, the model was newer and overall it is a better laptop than what you were dissatisfied with. I also immediately rectified the situation once you informed me you were unsatisfied by refunding your money. It was an honest mistake and again I apologize, but this review is unfair and unnecessary.Follow-up from: 0***c- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.The laptop I received was in fact a completely different model. The 9365 that you sent out had a 2 core processor instead of the 4 core processor that was in the listing for the 9360. In addition to this it was running the home version of windows instead of the professional version as listed. It was NOT a better laptop. Yes my money was eventually refunded but I ended up wasting time having to ship back and ordering elsewhere.Dell XPS 13”- i7-8550U 16GB RAM 256GB SSD Win10 Pro 64x (#265472101517)
