    Tough!

    This is hardcore. Even the people on the DVD who are really fit are dripping with sweat. My first time my legs wouldn't hold anymore after 20 minutes and the next day I was so sore!!! But i like the workouts.

    Just what I was searching for!

    Just what I was searching for in a workout. I believe I was stuck in a fitness plateau. Most of Bob's workouts give me a different type challenge than what my daily workout routine training offers. Can help shed those last 10 lbs. Going to stick with Bobs DVDs a few times a week, Its hard work but I love challenging myself. I love that his DVDs are an hour long workout plus bonus features added are optional. I dont like short 30 or even 45 min. workout. Bob is a keeper! I enjoy his sense of humor at times, He can be entertaining while you are in a grulling workout.
