I ordered a part on 11/28. I received an email that my part was delivered 12/08 while I was out of town. I return and no package. I look back on the tracking and it was delivered to TN. I had paid for this part in full with allstate protection. It is frustrating that now i have to wait for a refund on something that should’ve been delivered to start with. This wrecker was tore down waiting on the part. Now I have to find somewhere else. Unacceptable.
