Mats originally were lost in transit - whether that be seller or FEDEX error is unknown. Contacted the seller and was very tentative to remedy the issue. When new shipment received - mats were well package and exactly as described. For the price, I would 100% by these mats again. Perfect fit in the vehicle and heavy duty for their thickness. While they're not WeatherTech mats - they are a much better deal and I can foresee them lasting a while.

Of the 4 wheels that were to be screwed in, only 3 of the 4 would set. After trying other wheels in that particular (D) leg, it became clear that the screw holder was faulty. I contacted the seller, sent pictures, and the seller was quick to respond. I was offered a partial refund or a replacement part. Great customer service!

    good for the money, made in China.

    Fit my Ram pretty good. Good quality for the money. It's more like plastic than rubber. They are pretty stiff, also pretty thin. Personally, I'd like bigger deeper grooves to catch dirt as I am a contractor. Biggest down side, made in China.

    Fit perfectly.

    These fit perfectly in my Ram. The contour exact to the floor. It did cover up my rear access doors in the floor. The material is not all that thick and I can not speak on its longevity. But as of now I am very happy with these floor mats.
