Ended up removing foam weather stripping from bulkhead end as it was creating gaps on either side of cover just around the corner from bulkhead. Seems pretty flush and tight. Clamps nearest the tailgate could be a better design. The spring clip is a little cheap and pops out on one side easily. All in all pretty good deal for now. We'll see how it holds up.
