Not a good purchase
I thought this was the kind that you pop in the microwave to heat up quickly and use. To heat it up you either have to heat it in a kettle of water on the stove for 20 minutes or put it in the microwave in a bowl of water and heat to 140 degrees for 20 minutes. Very time consuming especially if you have to use frequently. I need to buy something else to use so money spent on this product was wasted. Company that I bought it from was awesome though! NOT simple to use!
Too much time and work to use for a quick need during the night or for extended reuse during the day. Not as simple to use as the ones you just drop into the microwave for one or two min. and apply and then reheat to continue to use.
