Fancy hybrid, thick and slight heavy, a puzzle to setup
Not the easiest to setup, so would all tech/analog watch i suppose. This thing is heavy and thick. I have two other AT, and one Avion Citizens, this one is on the heavy side(quite noticeable). Claspe not my favorite to use but certainly has the smooth look to it. For some reason, the mineral crystal draws finger print and keeps it longer than the others. Very Complicated Set-up Required
If you are going to purchase a Citizen Proximity perpetual chronograph watch you should be very comfortable and fully prepared to deal with complicated set-up adjustments. My watch came after a manufacturer refurbishment with every setting needing to be adjusted. You must download the manual from the Citizen website and go through every step in great detail to get the settings all correct. The zero position settings of every hand are critical or the watch will not operate properly to display time, date, day of the week, and year including whether it is a leap year at the time of set-up. You must also set-up and enable the watch to link to your phone via Bluetooth. If you are not technically astute and fully capable of following highly technical set-up instructions, this is NOT the watch for you!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

I own several Citizen EcoDrive watches and really like the looks and feel of this watch. I would like them to improve their blue tooth connection though as it disconnects at times for no reason. Poor basic instructions
Watch works great when you figure it out. Manufacturer's instructions leave a lot to be desired. Really do not explain how to make the various functions work. Many cases of pull this, push that or hold something that are never mentioned. Can't believe some of the reviews giving this watch poor ratings. These people must be tech terrorists or unable to follow instructions. The proximity watch is amazing. Strong Bluetooth connection, just the right amount of functionality and is built like a tank..my g shock watches have always been my go to... Not any more. Love it that much I bought another..
