After booting laptop, configuring it and loading software, the laptop worked as expected, Excellent transaction and this is my second item purchased from this seller. if I need to, I will purchase from this seller again.

The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
