I used a partner and a few mini clamps to finish . Everything went well and the bandsaw is working again. Dont worry if the tire seems to small to you(half the wheel), but like the pamplet says use hot water and a partner .they also provide a small tool that helps put the tire on the wheel .Thanks .

Offered to send pix of hundreds of original packs before he repacks. Guaranteed they're genuine Olson blocks. I'm totally satisfied. Good comm's. Great eBay seller.
