The frames are well built and come with two sets of hardware for installation. In Wisconsin some information is so close to the bottom of the plate that the frame hides year and month the plate expires. It required a cutting tool to remove 3/4" of plastic so the entire plate was visible. If you live in a state where the bottom 3/4" of the plate is blank then the frame would be fine.
