Seller failed to ship tires to my installer as requested four (4) times, I had to rent a truck and deliver them to my installer when they arrived at my home. Tires looked as though they were dragged around a warehouse resulting in scuffed, scraped and marked up sidewalls. Tires had also been stacked vertically previously before my receiving them resulting in the sidewalls being undulated and distorted. Terrible condition for new tires, terrible service and very dissatisfied REPEAT customer!
